Concept, Symbolism & vision

My recent paintings are a basket of garish patterns, obscene colors and nightmarish visions. Symbols, meaning and metaphor abound throughout my work and with cartoon or characterized figures juxtaposed against a backdrop of saturated terror, and through the use of meaningful symbols that make up the scene, there is a mirror of our world looking back at you. And one has to ask, which world of the two is the truly insane one?
